Responsibilities
Lead requirement refinement and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
Architect and deliver Salesforce Experience Cloud (LWR Sites) solutions using LWC, Flows, Apex, and custom development
Own customer acquisition and onboarding journeys across web and mobile platforms
Support and enhance Salesforce CRM through configuration, customization, and integrations
Design and implement integrations with Data Cloud, core banking systems, and external APIs
Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce development standards
Perform production monitoring, observability, and performance optimization
Manage CI/CD, release automation, and source control practices
Mentor Salesforce developers and provide technical leadership
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce technical leadership
Strong hands-on experience with Experience Cloud (LWR), LWC, Flows, Apex, and integrations
Experience with customer acquisition flows, onboarding, and lifecycle journeys
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform limits, performance optimization, and best practices
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and Customer 360
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth/JWT, and event-driven integrations
Knowledge of Salesforce security model, SSO, MFA, and compliance
Experience in regulated environments (financial services preferred)
Preferred
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201)
Salesforce Platform Developer I
Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect (preferred)
Experience Cloud or Data Cloud certifications (nice to have)
