Responsibilities
Respond to and implement intake requests from contact center business units prioritized by Product Owner
Deliver prioritized tasks based on operational urgency and platform squad alignment
Develop and maintain AWS-based solutions using services like Lambda, DynamoDB, Connect, Lex, and Polly
Monitor system health and performance via AWS CloudWatch
Implement infrastructure changes using AWS CDK
Collaborate across squads to support platform enhancements
Track progress and provide updates through established workflows and tools
Qualification
Required
Local candidate only
Experience in developing and maintaining AWS-based solutions using services like Lambda, DynamoDB, Connect, Lex, and Polly
Ability to monitor system health and performance via AWS CloudWatch
Experience implementing infrastructure changes using AWS CDK
Experience collaborating across squads to support platform enhancements
Ability to track progress and provide updates through established workflows and tools
Proficiency in AWS services including AWS Connect, AWS Dynamo DB, AWS Lambda, AWS Lex, AWS Poly, AWS Cloud Watch, and AWS CDK
Proficiency in programming languages: Java, Typescript, and Python
