Responsibilities
Status and update open purchase order lines
Resolves mostly routine and some non-routine tasks
Manage, Analyze and Execute daily reports
Develop and cultivate business relationships with vendors
Maintain Procurement Support KPI's
Nonconformance Resolution
Facilitate RTV functional tasks
Obtain vendor credits and process customer credits to balance financial transactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Related Field
A minimum of 1 year progressive experience in a related field
Core functional/technical skills required include: Multi tasking & prioritization; operational excellence; relationship management; attention to detail; troubleshooting; systems thinking
Customer service skills
Utilizes resources to complete tasks; tracks own efficiency using reports and tools
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Accurately keeps track of details and deliverables
Ability to deliver high quality, thorough and accurate work on deadlines through successful navigation of shifting customer requirements and competing organizational demands
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Basic familiarity with basic understanding of Supply/Demand
Basic ability to understand and manipulate data from a variety of sources
A minimum of 1 year progressive experience in a related field
