Help Desk Analyst
GraceMark Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to support a job applicant and employment background check program. The role involves interacting with employers, managing accounts, and troubleshooting issues related to the employer ePortal.

Responsibilities
Interacting with employers via email, telephone, and other communication channels
Determining employer eligibility for program participation
Setting up and maintaining employer accounts
Establishing and managing account users
Assisting users with access to the employer ePortal
Updating employer and user account information
Troubleshooting issues and identifying root causes
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Local to Virginia (VA) only
Local Driver's License required (DL not required for Native / USC)
8+ years of experience required
Any visa status accepted
Candidates must be able to work onsite 5 days per week
In-person interview required
Advanced computer skills aligned with help desk and account management responsibilities
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement effective solutions
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
