Responsibilities
Publish new SKUs with accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, categorization, and attributes
Maintain and update product pages, collections, and merchandising layouts
Monitor listings for errors, discrepancies, and required updates
Ensure digital content (images, metadata, assets) is properly organized and up to date
Enter and maintain product data across all sales platforms
Upload images, assign UPCs/item numbers, and support product lifecycle updates
Proof digital assets and product information for accuracy
Maintain organized content libraries and internal product documentation
Respond to customer inquiries across platforms (B2B & B2C)
Investigate and resolve listing questions, order questions, and platform-specific requests
Support wholesale and key account partners with accurate product information and assets
Assist with collecting customer feedback and reporting trends internally
Coordinate with art, operations, production, and sales teams to ensure listings reflect current product status
Track licensing info, renewals, and royalty data (training provided if needed)
Assist with seasonal merchandising updates and curated product collections
Support internal reporting, spreadsheets, and shared documentation
Qualification
Required
Experience in e‑commerce administration, product listing management, customer service, or similar operational roles
Background in retail, CPG, creative products, or digital catalog management is a plus
Familiarity with licensing or IP coordination is helpful but not required
Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and/or Faire
Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills are a must
Understanding of SEO basics, metadata, and product data standards
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Organized, dependable, and proactive
Strong written communication and proofreading
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Comfortable assisting both customers and internal teams
