Responsibilities
Generate and deliver comprehensive data analysis reports to internal stakeholders and client leadership
Serve as the primary technical intermediary between clients and internal development/configuration teams
Demonstrate a meticulous approach to the creation and maintenance of internal standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical guides, and user manuals, ensuring all documentation is accurate, accessible, and detail-oriented
Develop, execute, and maintain sophisticated scripts designed to audit client data files
Deliver exceptional customer service and account management, fostering high-level client satisfaction and maintaining R1’s reputation as a premier strategic partner
Provide high-tier technical support for legacy systems through their decommissioning
Function as a high-impact team contributor, collaborating across departments to drive operational excellence and support a culture of collective success
Qualification
Required
Healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred, including exposure to hospital and/or professional billing
2+ years of SQL development experience; Spark SQL/Databricks experience preferred
2+ years of experience in a technical support or client-facing technical role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis
Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication, with excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Health System Revenue Cycle domain expertise preferred
