Responsibilities
Assist with pre-production tasks including brainstorming and project ideation
Support the creation of design projects such as branding assets, photo editing, social graphics, animation, and video graphics (based on skillset)
Collaborate with designers, producers, and strategists on client work
Contribute to team meetings and support the overall success of creative projects
Qualification
Required
Passion for sports and content creation
Previous experience or strong interest in the creative industry
Ability to design under pressure and meet deadlines
Openness to feedback and creative direction
Strong attention to detail and an eye for design trends
Experience with, or eagerness to learn, Adobe Creative Suite
A proactive, self-starting attitude in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
A collaborative, team-first mindset
Preferred
Preferred office location: Kansas City, Miami, or New York City
Preferred Focus: Graphic Design or Animation/Motion or BOTH
Preferred Majors: Marketing, Journalism, Advertising/PR, Communications, Arts, Graphic Design, or related fields
