5+ years expCompunnel Inc. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support a large-scale metals manufacturing facility move. This role will lead the planning and execution of transferring commercial and New Product Development metals manufacturing lines into a new facility, ensuring alignment with future growth objectives.

Responsibilities
Serve as the technical project lead for the metals manufacturing line movement workstream
Develop and execute process validation plans, including IQ/OQ/PQ, for manufacturing equipment and facility utilities
Create and implement robust shutdown and startup procedures to minimize production disruption and ensure continued supply of critical components
Liaise with external suppliers and vendors for equipment movement, calibration, installation, and related activities
Collaborate closely with Quality, Project Management, Facilities, Operations, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and production commitments are maintained
Support production planning by assisting with work assignments based on workforce performance, machine capacity, production schedules, and anticipated delays
Prepare and present charts, graphs, diagrams, and layouts to illustrate workflow, routing, floor plans, material handling, and machine utilization
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in equipment and process validation
Proven project management and technical leadership skills
Hands-on experience with highly complex and/or automated manufacturing equipment
Detail-oriented team player with strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field required)
5–7 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in metals or automated manufacturing operations
