Responsibilities

Lead architecture, solution design, and implementation for AEM-based platforms

Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and reusable AEM components

Work with Content/Experience Fragments, GraphQL, and headless delivery models

Oversee front-end development using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Integrate Adobe Analytics, Target, Launch/DTM, Campaign, and third-party APIs

Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Adobe Cloud Manager and modern DevOps tools

Ensure best practices for SEO, accessibility, performance, security, and analytics

Evaluate UX designs for feasibility and alignment with AEM architectures

Lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and support client meetings

Required

Strong experience with AEM 6.5 and AEM Cloud, Sling Models, OSGi, dispatcher

Experience integrating Adobe Experience Cloud products

Proficiency with CI/CD, Git workflows, automation, and cloud-based deployments

Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills

Must have the ability to communicate well and coordinate across groups from design and development though release

Preferred

Adobe certifications (Developer/Architect)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices
