Responsibilities

Lead analytical workstreams from scoping through delivery, ensuring insights align with client business objectives

Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities and develop data-backed hypotheses for further analysis, experimentation and/or direct implementation

Create and deliver presentations that explain performance drivers and recommend strategic next steps to clients

Advocate for the value of analytics by regularly demonstrating and reinforcing business impact through rigorous measurement and clear storytelling

Collaborate with product, marketing, and UX teams to foster a culture of data-driven decision making

Required

5-6 years of experience in digital analytics, conversion optimization, data strategy, or a related field

Experience executing end-to-end quantitative and qualitative analytics workstreams, distilling complex findings into compelling, actionable executive narratives that drive stakeholder decision-making

Exceptional communication skills, specifically the ability to translate complex findings into strategic recommendations for VP- and C-level stakeholders

Strategic prioritization skills, with experience balancing impact, evidence strength, and resource constraints to maximize client value

Advanced proficiency as a business practitioner in web analytics platforms (with a preference for Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, or GA4)

Preferred

Familiarity with user research methods (heatmaps, session recordings, surveys) to contextualize quantitative data a plus
