Responsibilities
Lead planning and design for facility, equipment, and system upgrades including scope development, risk evaluation, cost estimates, and technical specifications
Oversee detailed engineering development across disciplines and support for infrastructure, equipment, outfitting and automation projects
Ensure quality control by establishing inspection/testing procedures, guiding contractors, and verifying adherence to plans, specifications, and performance standards
Qualification
Required
Experienced project or facilities engineer with strong background in chemical, or hazardous material environments
Skilled in engineering design review, construction oversight, contractor management, procurement, and safety standards (ideally OSHA, PHA etc.)
Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong planning, documentation, and reporting abilities across stakeholders
