They are seeking an IT Support and Systems Administrator to provide tier 1-2 support in a modern hybrid environment, ensuring secure and reliable access to systems for both on-site and remote employees.

Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint
Manage user identities in Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID)
Deploy and manage endpoints using Intune or Endpoint Central
Monitor and respond to endpoint security alerts (EDR, antivirus)
Support VPN, Wi-Fi, and basic networking issues
Assist with server administration, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), and backups (Cohesity)
Maintain IT documentation and end-user training materials
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Collaborate with vendors, MSPs, and service providers to resolve advanced issues
Qualification
Required

This role in on-site and reports into our Tampa, FL office
Windows 10/11 administration
Microsoft 365 administration
Endpoint management, patching, and compliance enforcement
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Wi-Fi)
Basic cybersecurity best practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
3-5 years of progressive IT support or systems administration experience
Preferred
PowerShell scripting and task automation
Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or Azure infrastructure
Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, or MDM platforms
Knowledge to maintain Network Infrastructure (HP Aruba Switches, FortiGate Firewalls, Windows Servers)
Security tools or SIEM platforms
Experience supporting SaaS applications and integrations
Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology or related field preferred
Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA) a plus
