Responsibilities
Facilitation: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
Team Development: Support team members in their professional growth, helping them to enhance their skills and take ownership of their work
Backlog Management: Assist Product Owners in maintaining a prioritized backlog that reflects customer needs and organizational goals
Impediment Removal: Identify and help resolve impediments that hinder the team’s progress, ensuring a smooth workflow
Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on team performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement and optimize processes
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate progress effectively
Training and Workshops: Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote Agile principles and practices across the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
Experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and software development life cycle
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc.)
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Preferred
Experience in scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles
Experience in a leadership or management role
