Deep expertise in contact center platforms ideally 8-10 years (NICE, Nexidia, CXOne) with leadership over IVR, quality, analytics, and multiple scrum teams
Strong hands‑on engineering background in Angular, .NET, microservices, event‑driven design, and API‑first development, with the ability to guide code reviews and technical execution
Proven ability to design modern cloud‑native, data‑driven architectures and coordinate across product, engineering, and business partners to deliver end‑to‑end customer experience solutions
The work focuses on unifying all service center technology, including IVR, routing, and home‑desktop tools, into a more cohesive ecosystem
A major initiative is increasing the integration of NICE capabilities within desktop tools to streamline agent workflows and improve the overall service experience
The effort also includes modernizing Microsoft‑based desktop environments and ensuring stronger alignment between desktop tools and contact center platforms to create a more seamless operational model
Qualification
Required
