Bookkeeper // Office Manager
Emma Co is a growing group of businesses in the Home Service space, and they are seeking an Office Manager for two of their businesses. The Office Manager will manage accounts payable, assist with accounts receivable, handle phone communications, manage inventory, schedule dispatch, process payroll, and provide general support.
Responsibilities
Managing AP including vendor document management
Assisting with AR
Answering phones during business hours
Managing inventory
Schedule dispatch
Payroll processing
General support
Qualification
Required
Experience with Quickbooks Online
At least one year of experience in a similar role
Critical thinking
Professional phone etiquette
Ability to multi-task
Preferred
Experience with other softwares such as Bill.com and PSA
