Responsibilities
Guide clients through the full-service design process, delivering a thoughtful, elevated, and highly personalized experience
Serve as a trusted point of contact and design partner, translating client needs, lifestyle, and preferences into cohesive, brand-aligned design solutions
Coordinate design selections including furnishings, finishes, fixtures, and décor
Provide creative solutions that align with project goals, timelines, and budgets
Ensure clear communication and a polished client experience from start to finish
Collaborate closely with internal teams and vendor partners to coordinate selections, schedules, and deliverables
Build and maintain strong relationships with Raleigh-area clients and vendors
Support the development and refinement of Linden Creek’s design standards, workflows, and client-facing materials
Uphold Linden Creek’s design aesthetic and brand standards across all applicable projects
Ensure consistency in furnishings, finishes, and spatial planning
Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of design processes, resources, and franchise-wide standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in residential interior design
Experience working within a multi-project, brand-driven environment is highly desirable
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
Clear, confident communicator with a natural ability to connect with clients
High attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Exceptionally client-focused with a strong work ethic
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to grow professionally
Passionate about design with a deep appreciation for branding and consistency
Comfortable taking initiative, ownership, and feedback
