Axiom Global Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP ITD / TM Lead to lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP International Trade & Transportation Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and leadership experience across SAP TM and SAP International Trade processes, working closely with business stakeholders and technical partners to deliver compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP Transportation Management (TM) and International Trade & Distribution (ITD) solutions
Gather and analyze business requirements related to logistics, freight, transportation planning, and international trade processes
Design functional solutions, configurations, and enhancements in SAP TM and ITD
Manage integrations with SAP ECC / S/4HANA modules such as SD, MM, LE, and FI
Oversee system testing (SIT/UAT), cutover activities, and post-go-live support
Provide leadership and guidance to functional consultants and cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, customs, and logistics standards
Support change management, documentation, and end-user training activities
Act as the primary client-facing lead for TM and ITD-related initiatives

Required

8–12+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP TM and ITD
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations
Strong understanding of transportation planning, freight execution, and logistics processes
Experience integrating SAP TM with SD, MM, LE, EWM, and third-party logistics providers
Proven experience leading functional design, configuration, and deployment activities
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
