Responsibilities
Design, develop, and manage asynchronous e-learning courses in Skilljar focused on software product use
Build structured learning paths that include:
Recorded instructional content (screen capture and demonstrations)
Knowledge checks, exams, and certification assessments
Scenario- and workflow-based modules tied to real customer use cases
Maintain and update content as products evolve, incorporating feedback from CX teams and customers
Apply accessibility and inclusive design best practices to all learning materials
Deliver internal and external training in both virtual and onsite formats, adapting content and facilitation style to audience needs
Reinforce key workflows, best practices, and system configuration concepts
Gather insights from live sessions to continuously improve content and learning outcomes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in instructional design, technical training, or learning experience design, including the use of Authoring tools preferrable with AI competency
Experience developing and managing content in an LMS, preferably Skilljar
Strong ability to translate complex software workflows into clear, learner-centered instruction
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional CX, Product and Engineering teams
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE)
Preferred
Experience with EHR systems or healthcare software experience is a plus
