Responsibilities
Operate all blow mold equipment
Responsible for operating and monitoring blow‑molding equipment used to produce plastic milk jugs
Ensure containers meet quality, safety, and sanitation standards while supporting efficient plant operations
Operate, adjust, and monitor blow‑molding machines to produce plastic milk containers
Perform routine equipment checks, cleanings, and minor mechanical adjustments
Inspect bottles for defects, proper weight, shape, and structural integrity
Document production data, downtime, and quality checks
Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with plant GMPs and safety rules
Assist with troubleshooting machine issues and communicate problems to maintenance
Support line changeovers, resin loading, and material handling as needed
Work closely with filling, packaging, and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow
Conduct daily responsibilities meeting company safety and food quality standards
All other duties assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Must possess good written and verbal communication skills
Perform basic math with the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing or food production
Understanding of GMPs, food safety, and plant safety procedures
Previous dairy experience
