Adobe Analytics Lead
Randstad Digital Americas is seeking an Adobe Analytics Lead to build and configure various testing activities in Adobe Target. The role involves translating marketing requirements, collaborating with teams for data availability, and ensuring the execution of email, web, and mobile journeys.

Responsibilities
Build and configure A/B tests, Experience Targeting, MVT, and Recommendations activities in Adobe Target
Translate marketing requirements into Target activities, ensuring proper creative, targeting rules, and performance tracking
Collaborate with WebOps and CDAO teams to ensure data availability, correct audience mapping, and compliant personalization
Perform QA and troubleshoot targeting, data, rendering, or antiflicker issues
Support analytics integration (e.g., A4T) and ensure accurate success metrics
Maintain operational workflows, SLAs, documentation, and campaign launch readiness
Support the setup and execution of AJO email, web, and mobile journeys, ensuring data readiness, audience configuration, and message consistency across channels
Qualification
Required
Adobe Target (core activities, QA, troubleshooting)
Adobe Analytics / A4T reporting integration and calculated metrics
Adobe Launch / Web SDK / Data Layer expertise for tagging and data availability
HTML, CSS, JavaScript for modifying or validating Target experiences
