Responsibilities
Accurately pick, count, and assemble materials and components for production kits
Verify kit contents against bills of materials (BOMs) or work orders
Stage completed kits in designated production areas according to schedule
Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies to supervisors
Maintain accurate documentation of kitting activities and material usage
Perform quality checks to ensure proper materials are included in each kit
Follow GMP, food safety, and allergen control practices
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitting and staging areas
Support warehouse and production teams with additional material handling as needed
Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, food safety, and quality standards, including GMPs, PPE requirements, and hazard reporting
Perform all other duties or tasks as assigned by management to support departmental or company objectives
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math and counting skills
Ability to follow work instructions, BOMs, and schedules
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in warehouse/production environments
Preferred
1+ year of experience in warehouse, inventory, or material handling preferred
Familiarity with production environments or kitting processes a plus
