Responsibilities
Providing exceptional client service
Ensuring that all calls are answered at the main reception desk and routed appropriately
Keeping track of all visitors, assigning offices to visiting attorneys, and reserving conference rooms for meetings and associated needs (e.g., food, technology, supplies)
In addition, this role will provide administrative support on an as-needed basis, including, but not limited to, preparing expense reports, check requests, new business memos, preparing mailings and binders, editing pre-bills, maintaining electronic files, assisting with travel arrangements, and scheduling meetings
Qualification
Required
Exceptional client service skills
Ability to answer calls at the main reception desk and route them appropriately
Experience in keeping track of visitors and assigning offices to visiting attorneys
Ability to reserve conference rooms for meetings and associated needs (e.g., food, technology, supplies)
Experience providing administrative support, including preparing expense reports, check requests, new business memos, preparing mailings and binders, editing pre-bills, maintaining electronic files, assisting with travel arrangements, and scheduling meetings
