The role involves defining and delivering the technical backbone of the business while being deeply involved in client engagements and executing technical solutions from day one.

Responsibilities
Define and deliver the technical backbone of the business while remaining deeply hands-on in client engagements
Operate as a senior billable technical leader — designing Clay architectures, building workflows, integrating revenue systems, and deploying AI-driven GTM infrastructure directly into client environments
Partner closely with the CEO in enterprise conversations, prioritizing technical execution from day one
Qualification
Required
Deep, hands-on expertise with Clay (architecture, workflow design, enrichment orchestration, automation)
Current, production-level experience integrating CRM, outbound tooling, marketing automation and revenue systems
Strong understanding of applied AI in GTM environments (LLMs, enrichment logic, orchestration layers)
Ability to design, build and deploy solutions directly — minimal ramp time
Comfortable operating as a billable technical consultant during scaling phase
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in early-stage environments
Preferred
Technical operator currently 'in the weeds'
Founder, GTM engineer, revenue systems architect, or senior implementation lead
May come from RevOps, GTM engineering, sales tech, or AI automation background
Technical depth and immediate impact capability
