Responsibilities
Support upgrades to existing Power Platform and SharePoint-based tools (forms, workflows, dashboards)
Configure and modify electronic forms based on user requirements and feedback
Participate in small, well-defined digital transformation projects
Monitor incoming development requests and assist with prioritization
Work with plant personnel to gather requirements and validate enhancements
Coordinate and support user testing activities
Develop and maintain training materials and documentation
Conduct testing cycles for quality assurance
Monitor form usage and provide simplified reports
Develop and maintain training documentation
Escalate complex issues as needed
Other related responsibilities as needed/identified
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled at an accredited university (Sophomore year), in a Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Cumulative average of 3.0 or higher, reflective of all college course work
Interest in digital transformation and process modernization
Strong background in Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Exposure to common programming languages taught at the sophomore/junior level, such as Python, Java, C or C++, and JavaScript
Good understanding of structured data or SQL fundamentals
Developing knowledge in Power Platform solutions
Ability to work across many internal Manufacturing areas to help deliver support, and enhancement opportunities for the business
Driven to learn new technologies and continually look for opportunities to gain more knowledge
A person who possesses the curiosity to ask questions and the courage seek out assistance when needed
An IT professional that values customer satisfaction and delivering results
An active team player while simultaneously having the ability to work individually where needed
