Procurement Internship (Buyer)

The Procurement Intern will support the U.S. and Canadian Procurement teams, gaining hands-on experience in the procurement process and supplier management while working closely with the procurement team on various initiatives.

Responsibilities

Work on daily task that involve multiple external stakeholders, such as vendors and internal stakeholders
Support Procurement team to perform request for quotations and purchase order placement, as well as, follow up with vendors delivery
Participate in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on procurement needs

Required

Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, with graduation expected in December 2027
Fluent in English is a must
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proficient in PowerBI

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
