BDC Administrator/Customer Service Representative

Drive appointments and build relationships with service customers
Increase service department revenue through excellent communication and follow-up
Connect with customers to help them stay on track with vehicle maintenance, recalls, and recommended services

Qualification

Customer service experienceAutomotive service knowledgeScheduling systemsBi-Lingual (Spanish/English)Organizational skillsTime management skills

Required

High School graduate or equivalent
18 years or older
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working with computers, and scheduling systems

Preferred

Prior experience in dealership service BDC, call center, or customer service environment
Automotive service experience or familiarity with Subaru's maintenance schedule
Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English)
