Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle multifamily asset operations, from acquisition through disposition
Execute business plans to meet return targets and drive NOI growth via revenue optimization and expense control
Oversee capital improvement projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Lead and hold third-party managers accountable using KPIs and reviews
Analyze financial performance, variances, and risks, implementing corrective actions
Conduct site visits to validate execution
Prepare succinct performance reports for stakeholders

Qualification

Multifamily asset managementFinancial acumenValue-add strategiesCapEx managementBilingual

Required

7+ years in multifamily asset/portfolio management, preferably value-add/distressed assets
Proven success in executing value-add plans and improving asset performance
Strong financial acumen: budgeting, variance analysis, KPI-driven decisions
Experience managing CapEx and external partners
Independent operator, close collaborator with leadership
High ownership, action-oriented, accountable

Bilingual strongly preferred
