Insight Global is seeking a Merchandise Operations Planner to join one of their clients in Plano, TX. This role primarily involves researching market conditions to strategize and maximize sell out of products for customer experience.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain merchandising strategies for our client’s retail initiatives across multiple channels to ensure a best-in-class retail experience
Work cross-functionally to innovate the execution and ongoing support of retail merchandising concepts that drive customer awareness and in-store engagement
Guide merchandising planogram development in partnership with category managers and product teams to optimize sales across product categories
Own the implementation of all display units, visual merchandising elements, device security, and retail graphics across multiple store layouts
Manage the execution of all product and retail experience launches for the carrier customer with tight project oversight
Communicate merchandising execution plans effectively to field and carrier account teams to ensure alignment across the organization
Track ROI and KPIs for all retail merchandising projects post-implementation
Test and stage carrier fixtures in our client’s Retail Lab according to plan for upcoming launches

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of experience in project management and operations for retail organization. Wireless industry a plus
Experience with ongoing store management and maintenance rather than store openings or store closings
Strong strategizing skills on creating plans to maximize sell out
Highly proficient utilizing Blue Yonder Space Planning and Floor Planning planogram program to effectively plan for mobile product launches. CAD skills is a requirement
Strong experience managing complex projects and details & meeting deadlines for multiple concurrent projects
Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Experience and understanding of the consumer journey, trends and insights
Demonstrated success in working on cross-functional teams with the ability to influence peers and others in order to accomplish objectives of multiple projects
Meticulous attention to detail for production schedules/timelines and accurate communication of relevant information to both internal and agency partners
Experience regularly engaging with Leadership Levels
Must have experience in developing presentations using a variety of PC applications, including Excel, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentations
