Assistant/Associate Digitech Asset Coordinator, A&F Co.

They are seeking a Digital Tech / Asset Specialist to manage on-figure imagery workflows, collaborate with studio teams, and ensure that imagery meets brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as on-set Digital Tech, supporting studio teams and troubleshooting camera, computer, and workflow issues
Act as the primary point of contact for internal asset management and retouching requests
Audit and maintain digital imagery to ensure alignment with current brand and style standards
Crop, rename, organize, and upload studio imagery to internal servers and DAM platforms
Partner with Creative and Retouching teams to build and maintain Capture One sessions
Collaborate cross-functionally to refine and improve digital workflows for greater efficiency
Upload and manage assets in the DAM for easy partner access
Work closely with stylists, art directors, hair, and makeup teams to maintain style guide consistency and support updates as needed
Participate in collaborative reviews around posing, lighting, and editing to ensure best-in-class final imagery
Work in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Capture One in accordance with company standards
Maintain photo equipment and uphold studio organization and cleanliness

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of relevant experience in a studio or e-commerce environment
Proven experience managing digital workflows using Capture One
Ability to troubleshoot camera, lighting, and technical issues with confidence
Exceptional attention to detail, particularly around color accuracy and image quality
Working knowledge of photography fundamentals, lighting, composition, and photo editing
Basic retouching and editing skills
Proficiency with Mac OS and DSLR camera systems
Strong organizational and time-management skills
A collaborative, humble, and solutions-oriented approach to work
Comfort problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
Open-minded, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn
Prior in-studio photography experience
A genuine passion for great brands and thoughtfully crafted products
