Responsibilities
Organize and facilitate team meetings, working sessions, and reviews
Track project milestones, dependencies, and commitments across multiple lines of effort
Maintain action-item logs and ensure timely follow-up on tasks
Serve as the first intake point for new requests, clarifying scope and routing to the right domain lead
Surface risks, blockers, and decision needs early to prevent delays
Produce concise status summaries tailored to leadership and technical audiences
Help enforce agreed-upon processes and maintain lightweight documentation of plans and outcomes
Use Microsoft Office and custom tools to manage schedules, deliverables, and reporting
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or delivery support
Experience organizing meetings, tracking milestones, and managing schedules
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and collaboration tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to pay strict attention to detail
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and project management tools
Experience with data analytics, data science, AI, or engineering environments
Experience supporting Department of Defense programs or similar regulated industries
Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills, for producing clear status updates and engaging stakeholders
