Responsibilities
Provide first-line support to internal users via chat, video conferencing, and email
Log, track, and manage support issues using the client support tool
Coordinate and follow up on issues with internal users, development teams, and infrastructure teams
Perform application monitoring and support using in-app dashboards and monitoring tools such as Grafana and Splunk
Monitor and support file transmissions to external clients and service providers
Escalate issues to internal teams or service providers when inbound feeds are delayed or fail
Maintain and regularly update application support documentation and wikis
Identify opportunities for system improvements to reduce incidents and enhance performance
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset
Working knowledge of Linux commands
Experience with Windows OS, file systems, and SFTP
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
Ability to read application logs and understand code
Understanding of financial markets with an interest in learning more about ETFs
