Responsibilities
Overseeing end to end timesheet management + support
Overseeing team of payroll specialists and a direct Supervisor
Reviews to ensure all employee timecards are submitted and are accurate + up to policy standards
Train all payroll/timekeeping members on enhanced operations procedures
Lead daily operations for all Workforce Solution responsibilities – analyzing metrics, meetings, scheduling, etc
Qualification
Required
Bachelors' degree
5 years experience of payroll + timekeeping
Time Keeping System transformation experience
Exp with large payroll systems
Knowledgeable about compliance regulation for multistate payroll
Current CPP – or willing to get within 1 year of employment
Preferred
Enterprise level payroll – handle 36,000 employees' payroll
Kronos experience
Healthcare experience
