Responsibilities

Be involved with developing technical courses to meet training needs and delivering training to end-users
Analyze recommended changes and determine impact on system readiness and user functionality
Conducts training needs assessment, review and evaluation of Personnel Qualification Standards, training programs recommending changes to curriculum, course content and Rate Training Manuals (RTMs) as appropriate
Maintain up-to-date technical resource library

Required

An Active Secret security clearance
High School Diploma
2+ years of U.S. Navy experience with recent operational experience in a US Navy Surface Combat Systems and recent operational experience onboard a U.S. Navy Surface Force ship class
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access
Ability to travel 10%
