Responsibilities
Lead and manage the electrical design team to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
Regular Communication with Customer to Collect Project Information and Discussions
Proficiency in English is must, to interact with USA Customers
Ensure compliance with UL 508A, NEMA, ANSI, IEC, IS, and European standards
Develop and manage Project Schedules , tasks, and milestones
Guide and mentor the drafting team in accordance with design standards
Review customer device lists and create accurate component footprints
Interpret P&ID / PFD and project scope documents to prepare SLDs and I/O lists
Quality Check for electrical schematics, BOMs, and panel GA drawings
Perform and validate load (heat & power) calculations, motor/drive selection, and cable sizing
Ensure timely submission of all design deliverables to clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline
5–15 years of experience in Electrical Design, specifically LV Control Panel Design and Industrial Automation Systems
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems
Ability to interpret technical specifications and customer requirements
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Proficiency in English is must, to interact with USA Customers
