Prinicipal Office Assistant
The Town of Yarmouth is searching for a Principal Office Assistant to join their Senior Services team. This role involves performing administrative and clerical work to support the operation of the office, requiring a thorough knowledge of departmental and Town operations.
Government Administration
Responsibilities
Assists the public, town, and vendors with a variety of routine information
Prepares documents and other information
Manage and schedule programs, activities, and events
Coordinate communications for programs and events
Coordinate changes to division website
Update database for program changes
Prepares schedules for programs, activities, and events
May be required to attend special meetings and work on special projects
Performs similar or related work as required or as situation dictates
Qualification
Required
High school degree, including or supplemented by courses in bookkeeping, office software and office administration
Preferred
Associate degree preferred
