They are seeking an Account Executive – SMB (US Central) to drive new business and expansion opportunities within a defined geographic territory, focusing on small and mid-sized aviation organizations.

Responsibilities

Own and manage a defined US Central territory
Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through consistent outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer workflows, pain points, and business objectives
Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas while adhering to AvSight’s sales processes and rules of engagement
Maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline and deliver reliable short- and long-term sales forecasts
Participate in onsite customer meetings, aviation networking events, and regional industry conferences
Attend major aviation trade shows and represent AvSight professionally in the market
Stay informed on aviation aftermarket trends, competitive solutions, and customer buying drivers
Use Salesforce to accurately track all sales activity, opportunities, and forecasting data
Collaborate closely with marketing, services, and leadership to support territory growth and customer success
Continuously build product knowledge through training, enablement sessions, and self-paced learning

Required

Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, preferably in aviation, aerospace, or industrial markets
Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle in an SMB or commercial environment
Strong consultative selling and presentation skills
Comfortable prospecting and building pipeline through outbound activity
Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable for results
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Willingness to travel within the US Central region as needed
