New Grad, Entry LevelMastech Digital is seeking a hands-on Lab Specialist to support a 3D printing lab. This role ensures day-to-day lab operations run smoothly so engineers can focus on their work.

Responsibilities
Report onsite 5 days a week (40 hours)
Open the lab, start up systems, and ensure all equipment is operational
Operate and maintain Bambu 3D printers (setup, basic troubleshooting, routine maintenance)
Manage print jobs, materials, and overall lab readiness
Assist engineers with prints, scans, and reviews
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lab environment
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in mechanical, drafting, CAD, or technical lab field
Familiarity with 3D printers, especially Bambu printers
Comfortable working with machines, computers, and technical equipment
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in keeping lab operations running smoothly
