Lead design of net-new product concepts
Translate business strategy into experience vision
Define experience principles
Mentor and guide designers
Establish design workflows and quality standards
Own and evolve component-based design systems
Define patterns, components, and interaction standards
Align Figma design systems with engineering implementation
Ensure accessibility and scalability
Collaborate with product and engineering leadership
Influence roadmap decisions through design insight
Qualification
Required
6+ years of product and UX/UI design experience
Proven experience leading new product designs and digital design systems
Advanced proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Storybook and other leading design tools
Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work with senior product and engineering leaders while mentoring junior designers
Preferred
Location: Hybrid (NYC, Chicago or Denver preferred)
