Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations of the Office of the CIO
Support Portfolio Analysts in Idea, Demand, and Project lifecycle
Shadow team members and participate in meetings to learn about enterprise IT operations
Help document procedures and process diagrams
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership, both verbally and in writing
Collect, model, monitor, and analyze financial and business data
Contribute to projects or pilots as assigned, with guidance from senior staff
Create presentations for management/executive audience
Learn about ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) capabilities and collaborate on implementing features
Test and provide feedback on data visualization dashboards
Qualification
Required
Must be a recent grad or senior graduating this summer
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field by Internship start
Proficient with Office 365 tools or similar – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Teams, SharePoint
