Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end sourcing for embedded software in production programs — RFQs, PR/POs, contracts, invoicing, and payments — while aligning requirements with program teams, negotiating change requests, and ensuring reuse opportunities
Ensure timely, cost-effective supplier deliverables by maintaining clear channels between Aptiv teams and suppliers
Lead QBRs with supplier leadership to secure alignment, track performance, and strengthen Aptiv’s leverage across programs
Support pursuits and next-gen programs by driving early supplier engagement and alignment with product roadmaps
Consolidate supplier roadmaps, commercial terms, and capability data to inform leadership decisions
Maintain templates, trackers, and documentation for Advanced Sourcing Board reviews
Act as primary contact for embedded software suppliers (e.g., AUTOSAR, OS/hypervisors, licensing/IP)
Collect and maintain supplier data — roadmaps, commercial models, benchmarking
Manage supplier scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting in line with SCM and GPO standards
Qualification
Required
5–7 years in technology program management, systems engineering, or procurement (automotive/technology/software preferred)
Hands-on experience in procurement execution (RFQs, contracts, invoicing, payments)
Working knowledge of the embedded software and automotive silicon vendor ecosystem
Strong organizational skills for QBRs, trackers, and cross-functional deliverables
Clear communicator; able to present to leadership and drive alignment
