They are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Senior Commercial Architect to undertake a variety of architectural design assignments and lead initiatives that strengthen the firm’s culture and knowledge base.

Responsibilities
Project Execution: Coordinate with project teams through all design phases, including the production and coordination of working drawings and BIM drafting
Management & Liaison: Act as a liaison with Project Management, consultants, and other architectural staff. You may occasionally act as a Project Manager on smaller jobs when appropriate
Technical Compliance: Apply knowledge of current building, zoning, fire protection, and jurisdictional code requirements
Collaboration: Monitor and distribute project communications and collaborate closely with architectural and administrative team members
Culture & Leadership: Lead initiatives that strengthen the firm’s culture and knowledge base. This includes contributing to overall company objectives, which may involve participation in community and marketing events
Workflow: Demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting budget and schedule constraints
Qualification
Required
Must be a Licensed Architect or have a desire/be in the process of obtaining licensure
8+ years of professional experience
Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited program (or equivalent professional experience)
Must be proficient in Revit
Fluency in Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and Enscape is also required
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with a willingness to teach and learn
