Responsibilities
Analyze and review data to support the goals of the Dental Sales organization
Identify trends in data and make recommendations for improvement
Assist with logistics management of sales training programs
Gain experience with systems such as Seismic, Workday, and SAP/Fiori
Conduct training needs analyses to uncover training goals and objectives
Leverage tools such as Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Articulate 360, and Snag It
Work with a variety of teams, including Marketing, Finance, HR, and Sales on a variety of training projects
Qualification
Required
Entering Junior or Senior year and currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or another related field
Interest in adult learning theory and instructional design principles
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Strong analytical skills
Effective communication skills
Thrives in ambiguous situations
Resilient to overcome obstacles
Driven and demonstrates a bias for action
Highly collaborative
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Initiative and desire to learn
