Responsibilities
Provided Tier 2 / Tier 3 support for Windows Desktop/Server, macOS, and Linux server environments
Support of Microsoft 365 services (Hybrid AD w/ Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
Strong knowledge of networking security principles (VPN, cloud connections, SDWAN, and VoiP)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
10+ years' experience as an IT Engineer or similar role as a subject matter expert
Provided Tier 2 / Tier 3 support for Windows Desktop/Server, macOS, and Linux server environments
Support of Microsoft 365 services (Hybrid AD w/ Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
Strong knowledge of networking security principles (VPN, cloud connections, SDWAN, and VoiP)
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, AWS, Azure, or Microsoft certifications
