Subadvisory Relationship Specialist

Responsibilities
Understanding our firm’s mission and values as well as product offerings in the Institutional and Retail market
Proactive, thoughtful, high-quality client servicing through the following: client reporting/due diligence, preparation of marketing materials, and general troubleshooting in response to client inquiries
Working closely with the department head and relationship managers to develop strategic account plans aimed at strengthening relationships with partner firms and driving sales
Coordinating and hosting client due diligence and prospecting meetings, including preparation with portfolio and product management teams
Partnering with internal business units including marketing, product management, sales, and operations to communicate partner firm updates and initiatives
Help maintain client management database and provide general support to Advisors
Assist with departmental projects and initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, or Economics
Self-direction, the ability to establish project objectives and work independently to achieve goals
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Detail oriented and have strong time management skills
Demonstrate initiative and good judgment coupled with the ability to work well under pressure
Professional, personable, and responsible in manner
Organized, thorough, and conscientious
Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with the confidence to thoughtfully assert his/her ideas with a broad audience
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Proficient in the use of typical office desktop packages, such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint, Visio and Access
Preferred
Two years of relevant professional experience in sales or client service back-office operations with mutual funds
Excellence in academics and strong project leadership experience
Series 7 & 66 licenses are encouraged
