Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance operational reports and performance metrics
Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process and operational improvements
Support governance by ensuring key processes are documented, followed, and consistently executed
Partner with fulfillment, supply, and demand planning teams to solve business challenges and drive effective solutions
Communicate insights, track initiative progress, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that optimize operations and elevate customer satisfaction

Required

BA/BS degree with 3+ years of supply chain experience in areas such as end-to-end planning, inventory management, product lifecycle, operations, financials, or analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to simplify and clearly convey complex information
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction
