Merchant Services Implementation and Service Specialist
ConsultUSA has an immediate need for a Merchant Services Implementation & Service Specialist to support onboarding, account servicing, and ticket resolution for merchant services customers. This role requires strong customer service, problem-solving, and technical support experience.

Responsibilities
Support merchant onboarding and account management
Process and resolve service tickets and internal work orders
Maintain internal reporting, client demographic data, and documentation
Troubleshoot issues with merchant hardware/software and POS environments
Communicate with merchants, agents, and internal partners via phone and email
Identify process-improvement opportunities
Handle confidential information appropriately
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Merchant Services industry experience (highly preferred)
Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Proficiency with CRM and ticketing systems
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Strong data entry, documentation, and organization abilities
Ability to contribute beyond core responsibilities and support team goals
Preferred
Troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues
POS system experience (PAX devices, iPads, printers, KDS, etc.)
Background in hospitality, retail, or restaurant tech
Experience in onboarding, technical support, or customer success
