Proven success managing complex, multi-year transformation programs
Strong expertise in RPA delivery at scale using UiPath
Strong expertise in RPA delivery at scale using Automation Anywhere
Strong expertise in RPA delivery at scale using Blue Prism
Experience driving digital transformation through automation and AI
Strong understanding of program governance, delivery models, and enterprise operating frameworks
Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing global teams, including offshore/onshore delivery models
Strong track record of vendor management and contract governance
