Responsibilities
Occupy reception desk of Theater Office
Execute administrative details of busy theatre office
Promote theatre program and performances on social media
Reserve tickets for theatre patrons and foundation members
Answer phones
Resolve inquiries from students, donors and prospective students
Review and distribute press releases
Pick up items from other campus locations
Contact HS students to congratulate work in performances
Sent admit letters
Create photo slide shows for screen outside of theatre office
General office tasks
Work closely with Chair of Theatre and Dance in all aspects of promoting and maintaining theatre program
Qualification
Required
Complete high school
Preferred
Theatre Student preferred but not required
