Responsibilities
Lead procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management functions across the organization
Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with production requirements, customer demand, and long-term business goals
Build, manage, and strengthen supplier relationships while driving cost reductions, quality improvements, and continuity of supply
Oversee demand forecasting, capacity planning, and material flow to support production schedules and on-time delivery
Optimize logistics, freight, and distribution strategies while ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met
Champion continuous improvement initiatives, lean practices, and proactive supply chain risk management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
Demonstrated supply chain experience, with leadership responsibility in a manufacturing environment preferred
Strong working knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier negotiations
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, solve complex problems, and drive change
Experience working within ERP/MRP systems
Preferred
Master's degree a plus
APICS/CSCP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications a plus
