Responsibilities
Keep the product closet fulfilled and organized and assist with sample trafficking and tracking
Execute Influencer gifting strategy by reaching out to talents, coordinating conversations with partners, and building and shipping PR mailers
Monitor, track and compile press and organic social results, and update monthly PR reports for Clarins’ General Managers and Executives
Support the team in event planning
Coordinate creative projects with the creative departments and organize final creative assets on the team’s drive
Qualification
Required
0-2 year(s) of experience in Communications
Knowledge of social media and corporate life
Skilled in Influencers/Communications
Available to start as soon as possible
Available to work a minimum of 35 hours per week
Available in-person in New York City
